Stantec, Langan, and Wade Trim Join Blake Investment Partners Team for Historic Gas Plant Redevelopment Bid
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Stantec Consulting Services Inc. (“Stantec”) has announced it will join Blake Investment Partners (“Blake”) as part of its bid to redevelop the Historic Gas Plant District in St. Petersburg. The announcement further strengthens Blake’s growing team of nationally recognized firms with deep experience in large-scale, complex urban redevelopment.
In addition to Stantec, Blake confirmed that Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. (“Langan”) and Wade Trim, Inc. (“Wade Trim”) have also joined the team. Together, the firms bring complementary expertise spanning infrastructure planning, environmental engineering, site development, transportation, and long-term resiliency.
